Vanderbilt University adopts StatMonitr for 2012-13

NASHVILLE, TENN. -- Vanderbilt University and StatBroadcast Systems have agreed to terms to begin using the StatMonitr media stats system on campus for athletic events during the 2012-13 academic year.

Vanderbilt University is a private university located in Nashville, Tennessee, founded in 1873 and with a current enrollment of more than 12,500 students. The Vanderbilt Commodores compete in NCAA Division-I as a member of the Southeastern Conference in 16 varsity sports. Vanderbilt is a charter member of the conference, the only private school in the conference and has by far the smallest undergraduate enrollment of the 14 conference members.

Vanderbilt joins Kentucky, Auburn, Arkansas and Tennessee as SEC member institutions that partner with StatBroadcast. The SEC also uses StatBroadcast's technologies for its football and basketball championships. Vanderbilt also joins Lipscomb and Memphis as universities located in the city of Nashville that utilize StatBroadcast.
